Request for Qualifications for Professional Water Quality and Environmental Services. The proposals are to provide Professional Services of Water Quality and Environmental expert to provide advocacy, education and assist with ensuring protection of the quality of the various sources of water and environmental resources within Okeechobee County. Proposals to provide the services described herein shall include: a letter of transmittal requesting that the firm be certified as qualified to provide the required professional services, organizational profile and firm's qualifications, resumes of individuals to perform the work, scope of services proposed, public entity crimes affidavit, standard forms SF 330 and other pertinent data regarding thefirm.
