Location: Agri-Civic Center & Fairgrounds 4200 HWY 70 East, Okeechobee, FL 34972 Okeechobee County is currently accepting written proposals to extend electrical services to a newly constructed Maintenance and Operations Building to be built at the Okeechobee County Agri Civic Center Fairgrounds. All proposals shall include labor, permits, materials and all appurtenances necessary for full installation and operable completion of this improvement, according to the drawings, specifications and local building codes. Bidding firms are responsible for all final measurements. To provide connections to existing services, coordination with local power provider for all site visits, connections, shutdowns, and inspections, install electrical rough-in and trim out for fans, lighting, electrical panel and new underground utilities, in and for the maintenance building, according to the provided drawings, specifications and local building codes. Scope of Work 1 Electrical Installation o Assessment and Planning: Provide building's electrical needs for the acquisition of newly metered services to the additional building, wiring outlets, switches, and fixtures as per drawings and specifications. o Wiring: Install all necessary wiring, as per drawings and specifications, ensuring compliance with electrical codes. o Outlets and Switches: Provide and install outlets, switches, and junction boxes as per drawings and specifications. o Lighting & Fans: Provide and install lighting fixtures and industrial fans, as per fixture schedule, drawings and specifications.
