Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Paulding Road Improvements Improve Paulding Road between Fairfield Ave and Calhoun St by reducing pavement width to a 3-lane section, rebuilding sidewalk, driveway approaches, profile milling and resurfacing the pavement (or concrete in the Paulding corridor from Fairfield to Calhoun), and drainage improvements. This project also includes a sidewalk connection from the Condos of Woodhurst heading south to Candlelite Court. This project will include a complete replacement of the traffic signal at Paulding and Calhoun as well as new lighting along the Paulding corridor. Landscaping and monuments will be included to create a Gateway into the City. Lastly, a storm sewer separation will be done to allow future work to be done by City Utilities. EBE GOALS The Citys goal for qualified Emerging Business Enterprise (E.B.E), as subcontractors on this project is ten percent (10%) of the contract amount. Question Deadline 05/26/2025
