Project consists of upgrades to the existing Fire Alarm system throughout the building. Owner's Project cost range is anticipated to be under $590,000.00. Bid Security shall be submitted with each bid as security the successful bidder will enter into a contract for the work bid and shall furnish after the award of contract corporate surety bond or bonds, acceptable to the owner, for the faithful performance of the contract in the amount equivalent to 100% of the amount of the contract. a.
