The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. $1,000,000 - $1,300,000 THIS PROJECT CONVERTS THE BUILDING HVAC SYSTEM FROM A DUAL-DUCT TERMINAL SYSTEM TO A SINGLE DUCT VAV SYSTEM. THE NEW SYSTEM WILL USE ELECTRIC HEAT AND NO LONGER RELY ON THE STEAM BOILERS IN THE COURTHOUSE. ALL TERMINAL UNITS AND CONTROLS WILL BE REPLACED IN THIS PROJECT'S SCOPE, AS WELL AS THE SPLIT FAN COIL UNITS ON THE LOWER LEVEL AND THE ROOFTOP AIR HANDLING UNIT. ELECTRICAL UPGRADES NECESSARY FOR THIS HVAC OVERHAUL WILL BE COMPLETED. ALL WORK SHALL FOLLOW THE PHASING PLAN IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS TO LIMIT THE IMPACT TO THE FACILITY STAFF AND THE PUBLIC.
