Contractor shall obtain, pay for and post on site all permits and licenses necessary to complete this project. Contractor and subcontractors must have current Michigan Residential Builders License, trade specific license or certifications as required by the State, County and/or local government. A copy of contractor license(s) and/or certifications necessary to complete this project to be provided with Bid Response or previously on file with Kent County to be considered.
