Any contract awarded under this Invitation to Bid is expected to be funded in part by a grant from the Department of Environmental Quality/Drinking Water Revolving Fund (DWRF). Neither the United States Government, the State of Michigan, nor any of their departments, agencies, or employees is or will be a party to this Invitation to Bid or any resulting contract. A certified check or bid bond for a sum not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each bid.
