Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 4th, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Resurfacing of the western and northern portion of the Economy Parking Lot at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport. This project will include approximately 32,000 square yards of HMA base crushing and shaping, 8,000 square yards of HMA surface removal, 6,200 tons of HMA pavement, and 57,000 feet of 19,000 square feet of pavement marking as shown on the plans. Including structure adjustments, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration. Resurfacing of the Economy Parking Lot, including HMA surface removal and replacement, including structure adjustments, and all necessary appurtenances and restoration. A bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check payable to Gerald R. Ford International Airport Authority in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total price shall accompany each bid. This surety shall bind the bidder for a period of ninety (90) days after the receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities in bidding. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids for at least ninety (90) days thereafter. The project shall be completed within twenty-eight (28) calendar days from date of Notice to Proceed.
