Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Everson, Washington. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Everson solicits interest from consulting firms with expertise in Right-of-Way Acquisition and Civil and Structural Engineering Design. This agreement will be for approximately two years duration with the option for the City to extend it for additional time and money if necessary. Consultants will be considered for the following project: SR 544 S. Everson Sidewalk Improvements. The City of Everson reserves the right to amend terms of this "Request for Qualifications" (RFQ) to circulate various addenda, or to withdraw the RFQ at any time, regardless of how much time and effort consultants have spent on their responses. Project Description The work to be performed by the CONSULTANT consists of providing professional services related to completion of the right-of-way acquisition phase of the SR 544 S. Everson Sidewalk Improvements project from approximately Robinson Street adjacent to the Everson Elementary School to approximately Everson Road. The proposed improvements include construction of sidewalks, roadway crossings and ADA-compliant ramps, stormwater management facilities, and utilities. Funding of this project has been secured through the federal Transportation Alternatives Program (TAP), which will be subject to the requirements of WSDOT's Local Agency Guidelines (LAG) Manual. The major features of the project are as follows: o Approximately 0.69 miles of new sidewalk construction. o Surveying and geotechnical investigation. o Design of stormwater management facilities. o Determination of R/W needs, R/W plan preparation, and R/W and easement acquisition services. The City of Everson reserves the right to retain the services of the successful firm(s) for any subsequent phase associated with this project, including during the CN phase.
