PROJECT LOCATED IN SECTION 30 & 31, TOWNSHIP 40, RANGE 04 W.M The improvements consist of reconstructing approximately 400 linear feet of existing roadway along South Harkness Street. Work will include roadway, sanitary sewer, drainage improvements, watermain installation and various other items of Work. The existing South Harkness Street is an aging two lane roadway with aging pedestrian facilities, limited existing storm sewer system, and an aging watermain. The project will reconstruct the road to the approximate existing width, and provide new curb & gutter, and ADA compliant sidewalks.
