The contractor shall provide all labor, project management, materials, tools, supplies, and equipment as required by the drawings and specifications to complete the work necessary for project #693-22-700 Construct EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades - Wilkes-Barre VAMC. VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $20,000,000 to $50,000,000. Project Location: Wilkes-Barre VA Medical Center 1111 East End Blvd Wilkes-Barre, PA 18711 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
