Renovation of a municipal facility in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Community Development Block Grant Rehabilitation of One (1) Public Facility and Improvements Projects include Replace and install two completed HVAC systems and upgrade to high-efficiency condenser, installation of a new 100,000 BTU 96% high-efficiency 2-stage furnace, installation of a new 5 ton up flow high-efficiency A-Coil, installation of a new stage 2 thermostat, installation of 15, 2 inch PVC exhaust and fresh airpipes out of roof with flashing boot on roof, and transportation of old equipment. Additionally, replacement of existing sodium lights with installation of 150 units of LED tube lights. Selected bidder must adhere with the contract agreement. Contractor must register with online, provide a copy of Business License, Contractor s License, Liability- -Insurance, W-9, and RRP Certification if applicable to the project. The City of Jonesboro encourages participation of small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as a general contractor or as subcontractor. It is further requested that whenever possible, majority contractors who require sub-contractors seek qualified small, minority, and woman owned businesses to collaborate with them.
