Reference Number 0000373496 The project consists of replacing playground equipment and expanding and paving the existing 2,500 Ln. Ft. gravel path, connecting street sidewalks to the park, and making ADA accessibility improvements throughout the park. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. *The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids.
