Approximately 1,100 Syd of 7-inch and 145 Syd of 10-inch concrete pavement and concrete curb replacement, along with 4-inch sidewalk repairs in various locations. In addition to stabilizing an existing retaining wall by excavating and installing an anchoring system that includes multiple rows of geotextile attached to the concrete wall with a steel anchoring system. Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond for a sum no less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids.
