Reference Number 0000398981 The City of Ypsilanti is seeking qualified bids for improvements to the City of Ypsilanti Police Station basement to reduce water penetration on the interior of the building. The construction will include a new drainage well, submersible drainage pump, and new concrete form work. General Requirements - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required Question Deadline 10/07/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Questions are submitted online No Bidders should direct correspondence to dpw@cityofypsilanti.com. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 50 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bid Security in the form of a Certified or Cashier's Check or Bid Bond for a sum no less than 5% of the amount of the Bid will be required with each Bid. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 90 calendar days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of the Bids. The OWNER reserves the right to accept any Bid, reject any Bid, or waive irregularities in Bids. No pre-bid meetings are scheduled for this project.
