Renovation of a detention facility in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The work includes but is not necessarily limited to: 1. Balancing all existing diffusers, registers, and grilles located in Housing Unit 1 through Housing Unit 5 to their original airflow values documented in the existing mechanical construction plans. The digitally controlled outside air dampers shall be balanced to the minimum outside air damper positions. 2. All supply air, return air, outside air, relief air, and exhaust air ductwork systems shall be cleaned of all debris located throughout the system. The ductwork systems shall be digitally inspected prior to any ductwork cleaning and also after all ductwork cleaning. All diffusers, registers, grilles, air handling units, hydronic coils, fans, dampers, and associated accessories shall also be cleaned in its entirety.
