A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Location: EM Room and Control Center Renovation Women's Huron Valley Correctional Facility, 3201 Bemis Rd, Ypsilanti, MI 48197 Contractor shall provide equipment and services to renovate an upgrade the Control Center and Monitoring room and adjacent areas to bring area to the latest standards and build it to support future uses. The work shall include but not be limited to: Demo of existing areas to include building structure, technology systems, electrical systems and HVAC systems Relocation and temporary installation of systems and services to allow the Central Control and Monitoring rooms to operate during the construction period. See drawings and sequence of work in these documents to understand and include the complete scope of the work. The contractor shall be responsible for keeping the control systems operating during construction. This shall include all temporary power communications systems and movement and testing of such after the move. Technology systems Provide and install equipment, cabling and software as required and noted to support the new Monitoring area and renovated Central Control. drawings and specifications for extent of the work. Electrical Systems Provide and install equipment, cabling and raceways as required and noted to support the new Monitoring area and renovated Central Control adjacent areas.
