Details below are in regard to Bid Package No. 1. Scope reviews and subcontractor prequalification are to be completed by the Construction Manager following the public bid opening. The Construction Manager will submit a recommendation for award to the lowest qualified bidder to the Owner for Board approval. Sealed bids will be received by Owner for Bid Package No. 1 Demolition & Precast for the new Joanne B. Wagner Community Center Project (the "Project"). The commencement date of the Project is approximately November 18, 2025. Any comments or questions must be submitted through online platform no later than 3:00 p.m. CST on Wednesday, October 1, 2025. Any clarifications or revisions to the Drawings, Specifications or Bid Documents will be issued in the form of an Addendum. Commencement of the work on the Project shall be subject to the discretion of Construction Manager. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bidders and/or to waive any irregularities and to accept any or reject all bids when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve the best interest of the Owner. Bids will be held good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 60 calendar days from the date of receipt.
