The Elmhurst Park District is accepting sealed bids for the following identified project: 2025 Tree Maintenance Contract: Removal, Stump Grinding, and Aerial Pruning. The work generally includes: tree removals, stump grinding, and aerial pruning. The successful contractor must provide required proof of insurance within ten days of the award of the contract. Services will be on an "as-needed" basis beginning March 1, 2025,with a completion date of December 31, 2025. The Elmhurst Park District Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to waive all technicalities, to accept or reject any or all bids, to accept only portions of a proposal and reject the remainder. It is the contractor's/ bidder's responsibility to field verify locations and conditions and to report any discrepancy to the project manager in writing (Nathan Ewing, Landscape Supervisor, e-mail: newing@epd.org).
