Renovation of an educational facility in Orchard Lake, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
New Shieko Elementary School - Technology Systems The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. All Bids must include an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, money order or bid bond made payable to West Bloomfield School District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid as a proposal guarantee. Bid Bond shall be provided by a company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any information therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner Question Deadline 02/19/2025 at 12:00 PM ET
