furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and plant and all else necessary to properly construct the South Echo Road and West Walker Road, consisting of approximately 3700 lf of 18" PVC sanitary sewer, 7 manholes, and Dewatering. At which hour or as soon as possible thereafter, the City Clerk of North Platte, Nebraska, will proceed to open in a public letting, and consider the bids received for the construction of the aforesaid improvements. The project shall be completed by July 1, 2025 Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check on a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in the amount of 5% of the Contractor's bid and must be payable without condition to the treasurer of the City of North Platte, Nebraska, as evidence of good faith of the bidder and as agreed liquidated damages to the City of North Platte, Nebraska. The City of North Platte, Nebraska, reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any or all bids.
