The Project is Located in Lincoln County, Southeast of North Platte, Nebraska . The Owner Will Award the Contract to the Responsible Bidder Submitting the Lowest and Best Proposal or, at Its Sole Discretion, May Reject Any or All Proposals. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish a Satisfactory Performance Bond With Sureties Listed by the United States Treasury Department as Acceptable Sureties, in a Penal Sum Not Less Than the Total Contract Price.
