Sturgis, Michigan United States 49091 Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: 09/15/2025 You are invited to bid on a procurement contract. The Contract provides for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary to manufacture and deliver one (1) 15' x 28' Control Building and four (4) Relay Control Panels for the City of Sturgis State Line Substation project. Overall project scope includes the construction of a single transformer distribution substation including one 4-bay open distribution bus, foundations, oil containment, control building, and protection & control systems. This control house procurement contract includes manufacturing, factory testing, delivery, and installation of the relay control house for the substation. The control house shall be delivered and unloaded by the Seller on concrete foundations (prepared by Owner) at the project location. Required delivery date is no later than September 1, 2025. The filing of any bid in response to this invitation shall constitute an agreement of the bidder to these conditions.
