ANTICIPATED SCOPE OF SERVICES: Construction of SCOPE Location: BELTON POLICE DEPARTMENT CITY OF BELTON 7001 E. 163rd St. Belton, MO 64012 The City of Belton, Missouri is accepting bids for renovations to be completed in the jail to include painting and plumbing work. Scope of Work: o Removal of existing floor coating (paint) in the male dayroom, female dayroom, and each jail cell to the natural cement flooring (13 cells, male dayroom, and female dayroom). o Repaint walls throughout jail to include hallways, male dayroom, female dayroom, and each jail cell. o Repaint hallway ceiling throughout the jail. o Replace of drain cover in holding cell. o Refurbishment of the male shower and female shower by stripping walls and ceiling of old paint and rusted areas then repainting with a Macropoxy. o Remove old and replace with new, 2 Metcraft 700 shs single temp high abuse shower boxes in male and female showers. o Must be city-licensed and insured. Permits and inspections are required.
