Project Identification: Edmonds Street Apartments Colville Indian Housing Authority, Project # WA97B04035 Three (3) buildings, each with six (6) units per building for a total of 18 units. Omak, WA New Multi-Family Housing Units 1. New construction of three (3) six-unit, two-story, multi-family buildings consisting of 2- bedroom layouts (18 dwelling units total). 2. Compliance with requirements of a green certification standard. 3. Three dwelling units to meet ADA requirements. 4. Site design includes frontage improvements, driveways and parking areas, grading, landscaping and irrigation, sound wall, fencing, and connection to existing utilities. A Bid Guarantee is Required. The Successful Bidder Must Pro-vide Performance and Payment Bonds. This Project is Subject to Indian Preference Pursuant to Section 7(B) of the Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act.
