Scope of Work: The Colville Tribe is requesting bids for repair and/or replace approximately 6.75 miles (35,640ft.) of fencing and gates to stock tight condition. Fence is measured as per horizontal distance. The contractor will need to: - Replace ALL four wires and the top and bottom wires will be barbless wire (where needed). Other locations will be replacing only top and bottom barbed wires for barbless wire. - Replace ALL wooden posts with metal t-posts. - Wooden H-braces will need to be installed. provide proof of Contractors Liability Insurance in the amount of at least $1,000,000. If a contract is not entered into within a reasonable time after selecting the proposal, the Tribes may elect to cancel the award or award the Contract to the next highest ranked Bidder. The Tribes shall not be bound or in any way obligated until both parties have executed a contract. No party may incur any chargeable costs prior to the execution of a final contract.
