The Colville Tribes Fish and Wildlife Department requests bids from qualified contractors to repair and maintain a total of approximately 16.31 miles (83,117 feet) of riparian fencing (measured as per horizontal distance) to stock tight conditions, beginning as of the date the contract is signed by both parties, through December 31, 2026. The contractor will need to: - Conduct maintenance and checks of each entire fencing unit at least once per quarter (Jan-Mar as soon as accessible after snow melt, Apr-Jun, Jul-Sept, Oct-Dec), after major wind/storm events, and as needed. - Repair and replace ONLY damaged barbed and barbless wires, t-posts, rock baskets, wooden H-braces, buck and rail wooden fencing, gates, and other crossing types as needed, to return fence to original condition and reestablish stock tight conditions.
