Colville Utility Corp, Installation of EV Supply Equipment (lvl 2 chargers) All Contractors are encouraged to review each section of the following document carefully and respond promptly to be considered for this project. Owner has the right to reject any Proposals not properly delivered. The proposals will be reviewed and ranked based on all information presented in the Proposal to determine which company has the best combination of qualifications, staffing qualifications, project approach, most competitive cost proposal, and additional criteria as necessary to display their ability to best deliver the Project to the Owner. The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation has selected the property locations indicated in Section 2.4 and is providing a high-level overview of the equipment to be installed. The EV chargers will be procured by CTCR, available for pick up by the selected contractor at the Lucy F. Covington Government Center in Nespelem WA. The project includes all work necessary to perform a turn-key installation of EVSEs at each of the locations listed in Section 2.4. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the design and installation including, but not limited to, all design and engineering, permitting and inspections, electrical work, providing and installing any electrical equipment and wire, conduit installation, trenching, concrete, parking lot removal and restoration, parking lot striping, waste disposal, and any other work necessary to fully install and power on each EVSE. It is the contractor's responsibility to confirm site readiness for EVSE's and power requirements.
