The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation (CTCR) Restoration Program is inviting interested firms to submit proposals and qualifications statements for the performance of specified watershed restoration work on the Colville Reservation. CTCR intends to award a fixed price construction contract to furnish all labor, equipment, expertise, and specified materials necessary to perform all operations required for the successful completion of the contract. This project meets the Colville Tribes' goals of promoting the protection and improvement of water quality and quantity on a watershed basis. Work will consist of road improvements to include: 5 New Culverts 5 Stream Fords 6 Temporary Removals 11 Permanent Removals 40 Decommissioning Segments Totaling 16mi. 4 Road Drainage Improvement Segments Totaling 2mi. 5 New Road Construction Segments Totaling 1.5mi.
