Mowing, trimming, and proper maintenance of grass at the Water Division office building and approximately forty (40) other locations for a period of two years - April 1, 2025 through October 31, 2026. Contract may be extended 2 times if Cleveland Utilities Authority and Contractor both agree at the end of the awarded cycle and there is no price increase. Bidder must furnish own equipment for proper maintenance and care of grass, including clean up after each mowing (sidewalks, parking lots, etc.). Bidder must furnish proof of insurance for bodily injury, property damage, and workmen's compensation before bid will be awarded. Cleveland Utilities will assume no liabilities. Cleveland Utilities reserves the right to reject any one/all bids. "It is the policy of Cleveland Utilities Authority to ensure compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; 49 CFR, Part 21; related statutes and regulations to that end that no person shall be excluded from participation in or be denied benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance or any other funding source on the grounds of race, color, sex, national origin, or ancestry. By virtue of submitting a response to this solicitation, bidders agree to comply with the same non-discrimination policy." Bids should be returned in a sealed envelope with "Annual Grounds Maintenance Bid" marked on the outside, bids received after this time will be rejected
