Renovation of an educational facility in West Memphis, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For all labor, methods, materials, and equipment necessary to provide repairs to the interiors, foundation, and building façade of the Adult Education Building in West Memphis, Arkansas for Arkansas State University: Mid-South Campus. Bidder shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before the bid is submitted, except as otherwise provided for federally funded projects, and therefore excepted by Ark Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid mustac company each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the rights to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities
