Project Address: 6490 Range Road, Las Vegas, Nevada 89115 BIDDER QUALIFICATIONS All bidders submitting bids to the State Public Works Division must be qualified as bidders by the State Public Works Division prior to the bid opening. CONSTRUCTION COST ESTIMATE The estimated construction cost for the base bid of this project is: $405,000.00 Description: Base Bid Description: The project will replace the existing fire alarm system at the Clark County Armory in Las Vegas. The Contractor shall furnish all equipment, materials, tools, labor, engineering, drawings, etc. necessary for a complete networked addressable fire alarm system, with said system being made ready for operation in accordance with the requirements of the Authorities Having Jurisdiction and the plans and specifications. Contract Time: 95 calendar days. Liquidated Damages: $200.00 per day. Prevailing Wages must be paid on this project. Question Deadline 02/07/2025
