**As of March 06, 2025, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** OWNER and must be completed within 100 calendar days after the Notice of Award and Notice to Proceed. A certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Michigan payable without condition to Berrien County Land Bank Authority or a satisfactory bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company, in an amount equal to 5 percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance and labor and material bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of the contract price. The OWNER reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and award the contract to other than the lowest bidder, to waive any irregularities or informalities or both, and in general to make the award of the Contract in any manner deemed by the OWNER in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the OWNER.
