1. The Bid Packages describe the intended Scope of Work is to be included in each bid and incorporated into the executed Contract Agreement with Crossland Construc$on Company, Inc. The Trade Contractor's Base Bid shall include all project-related ac$vi$es and all labor, materials, products, accessories, supervision, equipment, tools, supplies, scaffolding, hois$ng, transporta$on, unloading, handling, and incidentals necessary for the complete and proper execu$on of the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents. 2. The Scope of Work includes all Work shown on the plans and specifica$ons and all items customarily or reasonably inferable as required to provide a complete and func$onal installa$on, whether expressly stated, implied, or normally performed by members of the Trade Contractor's trade. Any lis$ng of specific items is for clarifica$on only and should not limit the Scope of Work. 3. All Work shall be accomplished using accepted methods and procedures of the highest recognized standards and in a neat, expedi$ous and professional manner, in accordance with the Project Schedule, applicable standards and codes, the requirements of the Contract Documents and governing authori$es. 4. The Trade Contractor shall include all applicable local, City, State and Federal taxes in the Contract Sum, including supply-only packages. 5. The Trade Contractorshall coordinate with all local, State and Federal authori$es and shall comply with all applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regula$ons having jurisdic$on over the Work. 6. The Trade Contractor shall be responsible for layout. Include in your sealed envelope a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for 5% of your bid if over $100,000.
