As of May 5, 2026 the project has been awarded. The work is for the rehabilitation of one home in Rogers County, specifically involving roofing, and must be performed by a certified licensed roofer. The job must be completed in 7 working days, and work should begin within two weeks of notification. A penalty of $100.00 per day will be charged for each working day that extends beyond the contract end date. Bidders must fully complete the Mandatory Bid Response sheet and the Work Write Up to be considered responsive and responsible. TERO certification through the Cherokee Nation Tribal Employment Rights Office is required for preference, and proof must be included with the bid. The successful bidder will need to comply with Tribal rules, regulations, and TERO, including fees and paperwork. The project is subject to Davis-Bacon Wage Rate #OK20260081.
