Renovation of an educational facility in Waterloo, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Metal Panel Replacement All bids shall be properly and completely executed on State Board of Accounts Form 96 with non-collusion affidavit as required by the Statutes of Indiana. Bidders will be required to file with their bids a Bid Bond or a Certified Check, in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of their maximum bid or bids submitted. Any bids received after that time will be returned unopened to the bidder. No bids shall be withdrawn without the consent of the Owner for a period of 60 calendar days after the date and time set for receipt of bids. Successful bidders will be required to furnish and pay for a Performance Bond and Labor Material Payment Bond in accordance with Article 7, Instruction to Bidders. Such bonds shall be written in the amount of 100% of the contract sum. DeKalb County Central United School District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and is not obligated to accept the lowest or any other bid, and may waive informalities in bids.
