Reference Number 0000373826 Job Location: Centennial, Colorado The project consists of replacing approximately 2,800 streetlight fixtures with LED fixtures equipped with smart controllers. The current streetlight fixtures are not uniform throughout the City as described in the specifications. The City will provide a map of the locations by fixture type. The fixtures contained within this project include approximately 1100 carriage-style, 1000 contemporary post-top, 550 cobrahead, 55 high-mast, and 645 assorted fixtures. The contractor will include a recommendation for the best manufacturer to partner with to supply fixtures to match existing or provide reasonable alternative. The selected contractor shall organize, purchase, provide adequate storage, and traffic control to install all material. The work will involve frequent coordination with the Centennial Project Manager through weekly meetings will be required. The Bid Bond will be submitted in a separate electronic file. Each Bid must also be accompanied by a completed Questionnaire and Proposal not more than ten (10) pages in length.
