The Work consists of construction of Main Street Water Treatment Plant Generator Improvements and Canal Water Pump Station. The major components include the improvements of the following systems: 1. Work at Main Street Water Treatment Plant: a. Replace the existing 100% rated 800 amps breaker in GEN and SES with a 100% rated 1200 AF/1000 AT breaker. b. Replace the existing cables between SES and GEN with larger cables that are suitable for breaker setting at the GEN. c. Provide a new Automatic Transfer Switchgear by the utility transformers. The switchgear shall power the existing Zone 2 switchgear through utility and GEN power sources. d. Pothole the area identified on the Drawings prior to excavation for identifying existing utilities and conflicts. 1) Provide the required cable and conduit as shown in Contract Documents.
