District-County-Route-Post Mile: 11-SD-5- R28.261 Prime Contractor must have a Class A license. Prime Contractor must be a certified Small Business under Section 2-1.04. Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation. Bids must be on a unit price basis. Complete the work within 20 working days. The estimated cost of the project is $345,000.00 The Contractor must be a certified Small Business under section 2-1.04. The Department establishes no DVBE Contract goal but encourages bidders to obtain DVBE participation No pre-bid meeting is scheduled for this project.
