The Town of Madison and Madison Public Schools (ToM/MPS) seeks to enter into a multi-year indefinite quantity contract with qualified Commercial Painting Contractors to provide a variety of painting and finishing tasks on an as-needed/project-by-project basis. Background The Town of Madison and Madison Public Schools (ToM/MPS) seeks to enter into a multi-year indefinite quantity contract with qualified Commercial Painting Contractors to provide a variety of painting and finishing tasks on an as needed/project-by-project basis. Work will be performed on/in high-profile school and municipal properties, requiring contractors to perform their services in a neat, clean, safe and professional manner. High quality and attention to detail are paramount, and contractors must be able to provide "turn-key" solutions in all areas outlined below. Preference is to have contractors who can self-perform as many of the listed required services as possible, but subcontractor markups may be supplied for services not self-performed. ToM/MPS reserves the right to negotiate with and enter into contracts with multiple contractors selected through this RFP process.
