The City of Bakersfield is soliciting bids from qualified and reputable contractors having a proven record of experience for the City Corp Yard Building B as described herein. The City Corp Yard Building B at the following address: 4101 Truxtun Avenue Bakersfield, CA 93309. A Certified Check, Cashiers Check or Bidders Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the City of Bakersfield, shall accompany each bid. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the City with a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond issued by a California admitted surety in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. The Contractor must possess a valid Contractors License (C39) at the time bids are received for this project.
