Cut off Date for Questions: Friday, February 7, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. Kraus-Anderson Construction Company has been selected as an Agency Construction Manager by the City of Stillwater to administer the construction of Aiple House Renovation, 1513 Main Street North, Stillwater, MN 55082. The overall project consists of renovating a former residential home to a community park building. This includes, but is not limited to, structural modifications, glazing, siding, roofing, interior finish upgrades, electrical and mechanical systems upgrades. Sitework includes, but is not limited to, utility upgrades, concrete paving and restoration of disturbed areas. The work will be constructed in accordance with the Project Schedule. Each bid shall be accompanied by Bid Security equal to five percent (5%) of amount of maximum bid submitted (including additive alternates) in the form of a certified check, cashier's check, or paper bid bond. Bid security shall be made payable to Owner, as guarantee that Bidder will, if awarded, enter into Contract in accordance with Contract Documents and submitted Bid. All qualified applicants/bids will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, status with regard to public assistance, protected veteran status, or any other protected characteristic.
