The Washington County Community Development Agency (the 'Agency"), 7645 Currell Boulevard, Woodbury, MN 55125 is soliciting sealed bids for the Rehabilitation of Parking Lots at Raymie Johnson Estates, 14830-14988 58th St N, Oak Park Heights, 55082 Project plans and specifications for description of the project scope of work, sample construction contract, and bid form. Bids submitted on any other form will not be accepted. A sample construction contract is included in this bid packet for bidder information only and is not to be completed as a part for the bid. Bid Award at CDA Board Meeting Date: June 16, 2019 Anticipated Construction Start Date: July 22, 2019 Anticipated Construction Completion Date: August 21,2019 The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids. In addition, the owner reserves the right to reject select components of bids and/or accept select components of bids. The bidder may be asked to provide proof of experience, sufficient technical and financial capacity, and trade references upon request. Notice is hereby given that any prime contractor or subcontractor that does not meet the minimum criteria established for a "responsible contractor" as defined in Minn. Stat. 16C.285, Subd. 3 or fails to verify that it meets those criteria is not a responsible contractor and is not eligible to be awarded a construction contract for the project or to perform work on the project. Any false statement under oath verifying compliance with any of the minimum criteria shall render the prime contractor or subcontractor that makes the false statement ineligible to be awarded a construction contract on the project and may result in termination of a contract awarded to a prime contractor or subcontractor that submits a false statement. The prime contractor shall submit to the Washington County Community Development Agency, upon request copies of the signed verifications of compliance from all subcontractors of any tier pursuant to Minn.
