Reference Number 0000373812 Purchase Type: Term: 02/28/2025 02:00 AM EST - 02/28/2026 02:00 AM EST Option: 2 Renewals The City of Commerce City ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors ("Respondents") to remove and install seasonal banners from City Right of Way(s) (ROW or ROWs) and light poles around City facility , as described in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The selected Respondent is expected to provide all equipment and labor to install and or remove City provided banners (24" x 72") on every other pole (in the correct color sequence) within City ROWs, and install and remove City provided banners (24" x 48") at identified City facilities, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP ("Services"). Question Deadline 01/31/2025 at 5:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online No, Questions regarding RFP requirements must be received by Steve White, Parks & Streets Project & Program Coordinator in writing at swhite@c3gov.com The City reserves the right to modify this RFP or the selection process, to cancel this RFP, to reject or accept any Proposal, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any Proposal, without liability, at any time.
