Reference Number 0000375019 Adams County School District 14 (Adams 14) is requesting statements of qualifications from Design / Build (D/B) teams to assist the District in the design and construction of District Wide Capital Improvements at all school facilities. Adams 14 passed a $113 million bond question on the November 2024 ballot to fund capital improvement projects throughout the District. The specific scope at each facility is outlined in Appendix A Project Descriptions.
