Reference Number 0000375950 The City of Commerce City ("City") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors ("Respondents") for professional engineering design services for the preliminary design, environmental review, and Right-of-Way (ROW) acquisition for a grade-separated interchange with E. 120th Avenue and US 85, and a grade-separation with E. 120th Avenue and the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), as described in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). The selected Respondent is expected to provide environmental review and clearances, topographic survey, quality level B utility locates and SUE plans, geotechnical evaluation for the preliminary pavement design and preliminary foundation designs, preliminary geometric design, preliminary structural design, preliminary grading design, set of preliminary engineering design, evaluation of required ROW, permanent easements, and temporary construction easements and acquisition services for the required ROW, and permanent easements, as more fully detailed in the Scope of Services section of this RFP ("Services") The City intends to execute a contract with an anticipated notice to proceed date of May 20, 2025 with the selected Respondent ("Consultant") on a non-exclusive basis for a term that encompasses the length of time the Services are anticipated to require, subject to annual appropriation.
