Site work for a civil project in Dunedin, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Work Generally Consists of the Following: This Project is Located at the City of Dunedins Advanced Wastewater Treatment Plant (Wwtp), Located at 1140 Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue, Dunedin, Fl 34698. It Consists of Replacing the Existing Filtration Systems Under-drains, Filter Media, Air Laterals, and Control Valves. It Also Includes the Installation of a Magnetic Flow Meter, Con-crete Repair, and Scada System Integration. The Engineers Estimate for the Project is $2,879,500.00 The Time Allotted for This Project is 365 Days for Substantial Completion. The City Reserves the Right to Modify This Schedule at Any Time. All Contractor Requests for Information (Rfi) Must Be Submitted Ten (10) Days Before the Bid Opening. Wwtp Deep Bed Denitrification Filter Replacement Financial Project #: 522403 Bid #: 25-2536 In Addition, the Proposals Must Be Marked With the Bidders Name and Address. Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in an Amount Not Less Than Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid as a Guarantee That the Bidder Will Not Withdraw From the Competition After the Opening of the Bids and, if Written Notice is Given of Such Award, Enter Into a Written Contract With the City of Dunedin, Florida, in Accordance With the Written Proposal. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract, the Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited as Liquidated Damages. No Proposal May Be Withdrawn After the Scheduled Closing Time for the Receipt of Bids for a Period of Sixty (60) Days Without the Consent of the City. The Successful Bidder Will Be Required to Furnish and Pay for a Certificate of Insurance and a Performance and Payment Bond and Meet Other Requirements, as Set Forth in the Contract. The City of Dunedin, Florida, Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids Received, Waive Any Irregularities or Informalities, Re-advertise, and Award the Contract in Its Best Interest. Bids That Are Incomplete or That Are Not Submitted in Accordance With the Instructions in the Invitation May Be Disqualified. Question Deadline 10/17/2025 All contractor Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted ten (10) days before the bid opening. The request should be sent in writing via email to purchasing@dunedin.gov. The City will not respond to RFIs submitted after that date
