Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Dunedin, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
**As of May 13, 2025, the project was awarded to Timm Group Stucco, Inc. but the awarded amount is not available.** The work generally consists of the following:The project is located on the eastern paved portion of Washington Street, where it abuts to Alt US19 (Broadway), in Dunedin. The project proposes to regrade the section of street and install an inletand pipes to discharge to the adjacent FDOT stormwater pond. It will include curbs/gutters andrepaving of street. The street will be closed to traffic so a detour will be needed, and the parkingand access to the adjacent apartments will need to be addressed. The time allotted for this project is 60 days for substantial completion All contractor Requests for Information (RFI) must be submitted ten (10) days before the bidopening. The request should be sent in writing via email to purchasing@dunedinfl.net. Question Deadline 03/24/2025 The City reserves the right to modify this schedule at any time. Proposals must beaccompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid as aguarantee that the BIDDER will not withdraw from the competition after the opening of the bidsand, if written notice is given of such award, enter into a written Contract with the City of Dunedin,Florida, in accordance with the written Proposal.
