Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Pilot Mound, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
Cost estimates and proposal for demolition of multiple adjoining two-story building structures (approx 9,080 combine square feet per floor). Haul away wood, concrete, scrap metal and other materials, sorted, to designated waste & recycling facility located at Louise Integrated Waste Management site, SE 11-11-4 W. Asbestos abatement plan required. Asbestos report available for review. Proper disposal of asbestos hauled to approved facility, SWAMP, located in the RM of Stanley, North of intersection of PTH 14 & 428 on Rd 17N. Supply and erect temporary fencing, supply all signage, as required. Provide dust control as required. Clean up of site, final grading and landscaping. Proposal to include SWAMP tipping fees, equipment, staff and mobilization of equipment. Evidence of liability insurance & WCB coverage. Ensure all applicable permits and licences are in place prior to demolition. Successful contractor assumes salvage to any and all materials of value and taken into account in the estimate provided.
