Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Niverville, Manitoba. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit bids from qualified contractors for a price to complete street and sidewalk renewals within the Town of Niverville. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on May 1st, 2025, or such other date as may be mutually agreed to in writing.
